Director of Parts and Service Announced for Finn

FINN Corporation promotes Keith Spitznagel to the newly created position of Director of Parts and Service. The appointment is effective immediately.

FINN Corporation, a world leader in the manufacture of landscape and erosion control equipment and materials, recognizes that quality aftermarket parts and service support is fundamental to its widespread dealer networks’ overall success. To refocus on this commitment, FINN has promoted longtime service and production manager, Keith Spitznagel, to the new position of Director of Parts and Service. In this role, Spitznagel’s first order of business is to improve FINN’s training and support capabilities, specifically to its dealers, but also to translate to its customer base in general.

With the priority on improving FINN’s support capabilities, Spitznagel will immediately work on bettering parts department communications and procedures, where the ordering and shipping of parts invites the most contact between FINN and its dealers. He will also work with others in the organization to develop a web-based parts and service training program using Classroom Manager, which currently houses FINN’s online sales training program. This online training will augment current training opportunities and the hands-on training conferences to be held at the FINN facility in Fairfield, Ohio on a semi-annual basis.

“Director of Parts and Service is of great strategic importance to the company,” says Spitznagel’s supervisor, Rob Jelinek, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Keith is very well respected within our industry and already has a great rapport with many of our dealers. He will help build and strengthen our dealer relationships, so they can more easily grow their markets which, in turn, helps us grow ours.”

Spitznagel is currently FINN’s Production Manager and will begin transitioning immediately into his new role with full engagement expected by month’s end.

FINN Corporation is a Cincinnati-area based company that was started in 1935 by Charles Finn. When he invented the first HydroSeeder® in 1953, Finn set the company on a course of innovation that continues to help landscapers and contractors get more productivity while cutting labor and material costs. Today, FINN continues building on this foundation and strives to make every FINN machine a smarter way to work.
