      Hey there.
      Are you still on lawnsite??
I was reading a very old post (2012) about US Lawns.
I am in the process of "checking" out information with them.
Did you ever go that route?
      How's it working for you?

we did take the leap of faith and purchased our franchise in Feb of this year. So far so good, great support, awesome programs to learn and use, great discounts on equipment and suppplies. Great support from home office. we still have monthly visits from the home office, they fly out and spend the day with us helping with anything. who are you talking too at the home office? where you located? whats the closest franchise to you?
give me a call tomm. afdter lunch and i will try and answer any questions, Im still pretty green on the systems.

      Hey there,
saw some posts about you asking about us lawns franchise, wondering if you ever went with them? I'm looking at signing papers and have been doing a lot of research on them, nothing looking negative other than people talking about them that know nothing about it! Call me if you see this soon!

Ive been looking around this site trying to get some information on selling my lawn care business. You commented on most of the posts so I figured you had some experience with selling a company.

I have roughly 250 season long lawn care contracts and a number signed up for next year. Thats the easy part.

The hard part is that I do 1000's of one off aerations every year. I have all the costumer information and have been able to pre-book a number of them. If I do $110000 in aerations, what is that client list worth?

      Hope you can help.

Its runs well. Wet leaves it can clog but anything less the an 18 hp usually does thats why we finally stepped up to a new one. But If I didn't have the money to have bought the new one I would still be using it this year for sure

Thanks Furness and Sons!! are clients consist of a pretty good mixture, however this yr we have done more construction, but we just go with what we can get, however my goal is to really expand into excavating and hardscaping.
