I wanted to comment about your companies shipping fees. I tried to order 1 light from your company, but for a $26 dollar shipping fee I decided to pass. Volt are high quality lights, and I am sure you sell high volume of product to commercial customers, but you are missing out on many sales from savvy residential customers like me. My order was small this time, but those small orders will add up to large missed sales potential. Your company has obviously been very successful to this point without my help, but I’m speaking as a homeowner and potential customer. I consider myself an informed consumer and refuse to pay exorbitant shipping charges regardless of how great a product might be. Many customers are actually willing to pay a bit more upfront for an item if they don’t get hit with inflated back-end fees.
Just my 2 cents, you can do as you wish for your company. Just thought you might like to hear from a missed customer/sales opportunity about why I passed on your product.

Hello Alan - I'm looking for gutter mounts for your fixtures. I don't see any on your site. What would you suggest? Thanks.

Mr. Alan, would you kindly send me your email address in order to discuss with you the possibility of exporting your low voltage landscaping products overseas. Many landscape designers hold you as well as your products in high esteem. After reading many of your comments on different topics, I must avow that so do I. Your knowledge is most certainly an added value and I will be delighted to collaborate with you. My email is loualih@gmail.com. Thank you.

hey man sorry to bother you again but i had 2 more question. i live in connecticut and we get some bad winters, i was just wondering how the pathlights hold up with the snow if they become burried. also how long of a line can you run from transformer to light before you see a significant power drop. thanks again
