I know where it is. Just wondering if you've ever checked it out. I raced there for 10+ years and spent enough money on the hobby to buy the house I own now. (still have a mortgage) I was just curious since I drove through Harrisonburg 2-3 times a month. You should check it out. The racing is awesome.

I believe I have heard of an R/C racing facility somewhere around Dayton, but couldn't tell you where it is.

Exactly how do you set up the deck to stripe so well? I am a homeowner looking to do this part time or full time if I can survive. I have a 2010 48" Scag Tiger Cat. Thanks for any help.

Thanks. Scag told me to pitch the front 1/4" down to minimize. Also suggested that the baffles that come with the SFZ bagger may help. I will just keep playing with it. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. Hope you get a break fromt he hectic schedule soon. Season is about over here in Illinois but warm weather still hanging in there.

maybe level the deck to zero pitch might help. I have the same problem. I just let the crap fly and keep getting it. I'd rather keep the same pitch and have striping ability. A forward pitched deck will have more air blow out in the front and more suction on the back.

I just purchased a Freedom Z Model SFZ61-28BS (61" 28hp). Getting a ton of blow out at2.75" and higher. But it is not a V+ deck so looks like the CC-baffle is not an option. Maybe hurricane mulcher would help, or just jury-rigging some large whisk-style door sweeps on the front of the deck. (Any bright ideas?) Thanks much for any response.

it's the OEM baffle for the V+ deck. Not sure what you're looking for.

ALC-GregH - In 2009 you said you had an extra 61" Scag Custom-cut baffle. If you still have it, would you be willing to part with it?

Didnt mean to come across wrong. You do really good work. That is what I want to do. I want this business to work because I truly enjoy it. There is nothing better to me than looking over a lawn and seeing what a job I have done. It is very satisfying work for me. I have owned businesses that I didnt particularly enjoy but were good money, perfect example is trucking. I owned 25 trucks shipping nationwide and it flat sucked. Glad to see it gone. This is something I can do with few employees that I really enjoy.
