I would like to get the information where you get your flyers so cheap, and do they do post cards?

I'll send you a copy of the contract I have people sign. I put it together on my own, it is very basic but I think it would hold up in court if necessary. Unless you are doing huge projects I think you can skip the lawyer involvement. The worst thing that can really happen is someone quits paying. As soon as they are 6 weeks behind I quit servicing their lawn and start posting past due notices are on their door each week. In 12 years of business this has only happened 5 or 6 times. If your average monthly bills are under $200 you are going to spend a lot more using a lawyer than you are likely to lose from being screwed over. I'm sure the big companies would disagree - but I just try to keep things simple.

Most customers are great people, and the lawn guy that they see face to face AT THEIR HOME each week is the last guy they want to piss off. Email me at: kevin.f.dawes@gmail.com and I'll send you a copy of what I use.
