      Flatlander,
I have been watching your thread about the van build and also seen where you have posed this question to several others on this site. I am hoping that you can help me with the same problem. I have recently bought an F450 flatbed dump (love the truck) for my daily maintenance route with a 7x12 trailer. However, I have several accounts for which a truck and trailer together is very cumbersome, i.e. small driveways, tight turns, very busy main roads. I am considering adding a removable dovetail to my 450 for just such occasions and am in need of some technical advice (angle of approach, length of dovetail, length of ramp, etc.). Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
      Thanks
