There used to be a guy here in Michigan that did that. His company was called Christmas for Rent. We stopped a year or so ago. But he did exactly that. He did greenery and lighting mostly focused on the indoors.

Hope you're having a great holiday season. I'm starting to plan my 2016 season already!

Are you aware of anyone that does indoor decorating along with outdoor? I'm thinking lobbys of banks, doctors offices, etc? You know....set up a tree, some other d├ęcor. Might add that to my offerings to entice some commercial accounts.

      Thoughts?
      Thanks! Happy New Year!!

Best way to run lights on an 18' Evergreen tree without renting equipment?

So.....First of all.....thanks for continuing to respond to my messages. You certainly are too busy for this newbie. Just know that I appreciate it.

Thought I'm targeting 2016 to go "all-in", though I'd throw out a craigslist ad to see how many people would contact me. So far.....a few, worth 5 houses and 1 potential commercial job with a 2014 budget of $1200 (looking to double it this year). End result - a lot of "let me talk to the wife.....ha ha. They've all been phone conversations).

I'd like to know what you can do for me from a supply side. C9 reels, LED bulbs, jumper cord, clips and plugs. I'm assuming you sell it all. Pricing and shipping timeframes.

I'll get extensions and timers locally.

I'm anticipating doing rental deals with these folks this week. Likely to do Thanksgiving installs.

      Thanks!
      Signed......Going All-In in 2016!

Would you mind sharing your thoughts on a pricing strategy?

Greetings again. In an earlier response to one of my posts, you mentioned picking a strategy - rent vs. buy - and sticking with it. NOT doing both.

Is that just because it's too complicated to offer both to customers and manage that? Or is it that the benefits of one over the other aren't advantageous to us as the installer? Thoughts?

Thanks. I realize there's probably a whole rent vs. buy thread......I should try and find it.
