No it came out in March of 2010, they just print the brochures back in November, and wasn't sure on the final production would be on the Outlaw, so no show in the brochure. Hey you can email me at kgmowers@gmail.com or just text so we dont keep using our profile messages, if you had more postings we could pm...

Hey, you can call me anytime, that is my cell number and I have talked to ls people for hours before. I have customers that bought from me as far as DC just because I answer questions and talk to them, however I never want to take a sale from a local BB Dealer because it would benefit better to stay local. I have ran into several sits that dealer won't trade, won't sell for retail (higher), dealer wont order the any units that they don't carry, or just the sheer fact the customer refuses to set foot in their local dealer due to them being buttheads. I feel 100% that if someone is willing to drive over a hundred miles to buy a mower that sells for the same price in their hometown, there would have to be a pretty bad situation there. I got last year, my neighbor went to TSC and bought a ZT, he said he forgot I sold them when his mower broke, that sucked, I know how it feels to lose a sale.
A guy from Tulsa got a 54 31 outlaw from me a couple of weeks ago, and he sent me pics of his snow plow attached to it, looked pretty mean. I love talking mowers and shop, I had a heck of an experience from day one buying a BB lightning, and fell in love with them. I had a turf tiger $10800 and a 722d GH $13000, and bought a Lightning as a back up just cause it was $3000 cheaper $7500, and claimed to be the same as the Scag. I fell in love with it liked it better than both of my other mowers (ask anyone around here, my GH would sit at home when I was solo and the BB would go), it fell off my trailer flying down the hwy, the factory fixed it for me, and I became one of their top dealers.
The law has a 5400 hydrogear tranny with planetary gears, internal wet brake (awesome), and seperate reservoirs for each pump (still holds 8 quarts). It is 13" longer than the pup, the tranny has more power, is more responsive, and is more "industrial than most other set-ups. So far have nearly 30 Outlaws running around with 0 issues on the hydros. The pup has 10cc parker pumps with a 9 quart hydro tank, both set-ups are unlike anything in the market, run longer and cooler. The 23hp will just piss you off with the snow plow attached to it, in your situation I would definately recommend the 30hp or bigger apps. On the pricing, unless you are wanting something like 0% for 36 months, the pricing should be where I stated (give are take $200 for set-up). Alot of dealers are forced to mark the BB's up more due to the markup on their other mowers being so much more. The Outlaw takes away alot of Super Z or Cheetah sales because of the price point. The MSRP of a 31hp 60" Super Z is over $13000, and the Cheetah is $11000, a dealer would rather sell one of them instead of giving them a $7999 Outlaw, so it shoots them in the foot, so they bring the markup on the outlaw up. The problem with that is the website lists the Outlaw for $6499 starting price (that is the 30hp Briggs 54", add $1000 for the extreme with the kawasaki or vanguard, a 60" add $300, and $500 on the extreme). We are charged $200 for the set-up, so I have no problems with dealers charging that, its just most of my customers wouldn't understand me saying the mower is $6500 then on the invoice charging them an extra fee, so most of us eat the shipping charge on our bottom line, most of us fill the gas tanks up too which eats in the profit.

Damn it, just lost everything I typed. Ok, he said the laws were more. He only had 10 models and wouldn't deal. Said BB sets prices. I went in wanting the law but price was a factor. Differences I saw were pup had auto deck life which is nice but just something to break. The pups hydrolics seemed better. Don't know what they were called. Had a large reservoir with two black fans on the pumps. Looked good. He said industry was going with the other type but he liked these better. Seems like the law is a good choice at that price if the motor is good. Haven't heard good things about Briggs, but if you say they are good, I trust you. What did you mean you love the tranny on the 5400 law vs the parkers? What is the parkers? I would love to speak to you but I'm sure you are busy. If you would give me a good time to call, I would. Hell, if you were closer, I would come see you and buy from you. Hugo is quite a ways from OKC. FYI, I am putting a snow blade on the front of this. Damn this snow is crazy! What is the width of the place where your feet rest on the law? The blade I have has a max 34" between where the braces attach to the mower. Thanks again!!

I would recommend the Outlaw. The only change on the mowers was new gas lines for the new epa standard for 2012, thats basically it. The Outlaw Extreme got stealth fighter looking tanks for 11'. The Outlaw 30hp Briggs is $6499 to $6799, 31hp Kawasaki and 36hp Vanguard is $7499 to $7999. The pup is mid 6's, but the Outlaw is way more of an advanced mower. You are welcome to call me and visit 5803177672, but again, if you are thinking of the pup I would definately get the Briggs outlaw for the same price, the briggs is a strong motor in the commercial line up everybit of what the Kohler is. The Briggs doesnt come with a spoiler or the stealth looking gas tanks, that is for the more expensive extreme. The pup is a solid mower, and since its a 10' you might be able to get a better deal on it. I love the 5400 tranny on the law versus the parkers, but that is a personal feel opinion.
