      been following your posts and I think that we have somewhat a similar line of thinking about business. You are a bit ahead of us right now. Last year we did 350k in sales with 2 techs and me selling and doing production when I could. I just hired a new tech and will totally be doing sales and customer service. We should be able to do about 450k with 3 techs in our area. What kind of infrastructure/staff setup do you currently have to manage your business? I think I am like you and want to find that sweet spot. I think 8-10 techs with revenue in the 1-1.5 million may be that for me. Just confused on what kind of office staff I will need to support that. If you can provide any help I would greatly appreciate it! Keep up the good work!

        Sorry didn't see this till now. We are pretty lean right now. 5 tecs doing 900k this year and it is just me in the office and also I do service calls. I do have my lead tec that helps out in the early spring with new sales. I could use a secretary in the spring but not really the rest of the season
