Oh yeah, I bought 6 Oregon blades from Amsoilpower, a guy in these forums. It was $75 including shipping for the 6 blades and they are better than the OEM blades.

The only things that I don't think are right about the mower is the engine. Sometimes it will backfire slightly when I start it or when I turn it off. It doesn't do it very often but, occasionally it will. Also, when I turn the key to the start position the engine doesn't want to crank. I can turn the key back to stop and then to start again and it'll usually crank and fire right up. It seems to me that the timing of the engine is a little too far advanced. It's also a little hard to keep the mower going straight because when you barely move a bar it really makes a difference.

Ok. I am going to replace blades with heavier gauge and make sure they are balnced and I'll see if it improves.
Have you had any issues to speak of?

I have noticed that the belt does move a bit at lower throttle settings but, at full throttle it runs smoother and there is very little vibration at full throttle from the engine or the deck.

I have used my PredPro a couple of times now. The first time I used it, I noticed a vibration in the deck when I turn on the blades. I thought a blade was bent from shipping, but when I raised mower and checked, I could not find any evidence of such. I raised the deck cover with the blades going and it looks like there is alot of play in the belt tension, especially in the deck drive belt. The vibration is very noticable at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle. It cuts fine, but I am afraid something is wrong and it's going to tear up something. Have you noticed anything like this on yours?
      Thanks,
      Charlie
