      Hey,

I found one your posts from the past titled "Any experience with Firecracker ls, Spyder ls or Titanium ls?" ... linked below:
      http://www.lawnsite.com/showthread.php?t=389193

In your post, you also linked to what you said was your local supplier... TurfJim or Newsom Seed in Maryland.

So my questions are... when you did those 2 yards you mentioned in that post, how did they turn and what did you think from each of those 3 cultivars individually?

And also, does that TurfJim or Newsome Seed sell to just regular people? I'm in North Carolina. It looks like he has some of Mountain View Seeds cultivars so I'm wondering if he can get any of these in the following page:

      Thanks!

I've never been to the Jimmy Cone meet, just heard that it was near impossible to get a spot at. I used to go to Burtonsville on Sunday mornings - it's usually several hundred cars. This past Sunday I stopped by a small show at the Dayton crossroads diner but had to run to work. Yeah 4.56's on the street - that's not very streetable. A Gear Vendor's drive would be nice. I run 3:55s with a short tire and a beefed up T-5 manual. Even with DOT roadrace tires (Toyo RA-1's) it sucks for drag starts. Definitely more of a road course car but lots of fun on the street too.

Sorry - I didn't see that you had responded back in August. Yes, the 240Z with the 406 SBC is pretty fun. Probably 450-500 crank hp. Canfield 215cc heads (~300cfm intake at .500" lift), Motion solid roller cam (251/251 duration @.050), 10.5:1, forged internals, 830DP. I take my stuff to Burtonsville Performance machine for machine work but do the blueprinting and assembly myself (most fun of the hobby for me). Do you ever hit any of the cruise-in's in the area? I haven't this year (car off the road due to a broken axle most of the summer). Cheers, Pete

I just bought a new ZT HD 60 yesterday and was roaming around the site and see you have a bunch of them, live in Gaithersburg and are into cars (well, judging by your handle). I live in Glenelg, not that far from you. I have a Datsun 240Z with a SBC. Not prostreet, but not slow either :). Documented here: http://AlteredZ.com I'd love to see some photos of fast cars (prostreet camaro?) and hear about what you have for fast cars. Cheers, Pete

If the spindles are red then it is the xfactor 2 deck. If they are red and you dont have those baffles then somebody forgot to put them on at the factory and you should ask your dealer about it.

I took the plate off by the chute I guess I should put it back on... My deck just says x factor I guess I don't have the baffles? Although the discharge opening is 13 inches wide that's what made me think it would have the baffles aren't the regular x factor decks 10 inch discharge?

If you remove the flat plate at the chute opening it wont cut right. If you have the newer x factor 2 deck there are two baffles at the very front of the deck. One is longer than the other. They are L shaped.

I pulled one out it was a metal plate near the chute.

There are two in the front of the deck.
