      Hi
I'm in NC too, just got back into looking at lawn care after a few years. Back in the day, the talk was about using double blades. Do people still do that? I had a Kubota ZG327, sold it due to lower back surgery, and I plan on getting a Scag SWZT 52", doc says I need to walk. Would double blades help the cut or has that just faded out. Thanks for your time.
      Jimmy

      PS
By lawn care, I mean just my 3 acres, I don't cut others.

Hey Richard, I would really appreciate that. This mower is giving me a real workout with sulky attached.

      Thanks a lot

Hi there.. I came across some old post of yours. They were about a steering brake kit for a Ferris Hydro 36. I don't know if you were selling these or knew who was, but is there anyway you can give me some more info on it.

      Thanks,

      John

      Hi Richard

We don't want any trouble on the forums. Not a good place to confront people. Yes you have been a good member of Lawnsite. I would just ignore these trouble makers. If they start trouble on the forums with you let us know. We try and keep personal conflicts off the forums

Everything that you need to know is located at this website. http://locateincarolina.com/industry-resources/how-to-start-a-business-in-pitt-county/ There are 3 main dealers with a bunch of smaller dealers. Ron Ayers Motorsports (Hustler-Stihl), CD Rouse (Exmark, Scag, Snapper Pro, Shindaiwa, Echo, I can't stand this dealer) and Lawnmower Service Company (Dixie Chopper, Stihl, Honda, Shindaiwa, Echo and others). I get my mower parts from Lawnmower Service Co and my Stihl equipment from Derek at Ron Ayers Motorsports.

Well I was trying to figure out the advantages of creating an LLC. I have a buddy who is doing this type of work in PA and is helping me out and said it would be a good idea to go ahead and set up one. Also where did you go to get any of the licenses in Greenville? Also I'm looking for a good dealer for good equipment around this area. Any recommendations?

Hey I see your around the Greenville area or in NC atleast and I am trying to start up my own business and go legit. I don't wanna step on your toes or anything but I was wondering if you had any insight on licenses in NC and where to start? I got the insurance aspect and need the licenses. Also any other insight would be great. Thanks

The first thing to remember is that quality control is a management topic. It is but one of many aspects of managing any company. As such, you need to approach it in the same way that you would approach any other management issue. You need to set goals, determine policies, determine implimentation of those policies and other factors. Take a look at this article and see if you can get started. It's really as simple as thinking about it and then writing it down. As part of the quality control you want others to review what you have written to make sure it makes sense to someone other than yourself and make sure that what you're asking is attainable.
