John's right, hit up SCORE (Service Corps Of Retired Executives). Each of the retired execs doing this are doing so because they love it. They're excited to see you succeed, and will pull all the strings they can to help you out. I've received calls on Sunday afternoon from my assigned rep, who was diligently working to gather helpful info for me for a problem I had. And if the person you get assigned isn't a specialist in the area you need help in, they'll refer you to someone in SCORE who is.
It's a free service, so you really can't lose.
