The Rainbird Talon series has a multiple stream, minimum 11 gpm @ 50 psi to operate. The " solinoid in head " rotors that we used at the golf course, Rainbird 700 or 900 series heads have a multiple stream, they are 40 to 90 gpm heads and require 70 psi to operate .
If you are looking for the most even water distribution then impact rotors are the best.
