The "A" wording allows a bit of subjectivity

"Class A -- Any combination of vehicles with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds provided the GVWR of the vehicle(s) being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds"

I had a friend use my trailer and his pickup to take an "A" test, but he had to use his 1 ton, as his 3/4 GVWR added up to less than 26001#, tho the trailer was rated well over 10,000# (triple axle "Eager Beaver" - beaver tail backhoe trailer)

I think RV's are exempt, tho I question why... (they usually have crumby suspension and whimpy brakes... and often very speedy, low experience drivers)
"Defensible Space" - Brushcutting, stumpgrinding and grading
