Most machines are about the same when changing fluids, however interval hours may vary. The norm is for the first change to be around 50 hours for both the oil and filter. After that the interval should either be 500 or 1000 hours on most machines.
Filters are usually spin ons and new filters should be prefilled with oil before installing. This prevents some wear on pumps while running dry while trying to prime the system. The hydraulic tank should have a drain plug on it, however if it doesn't then usually you have to pull the suction hose lose from the bottom of the tank. Make sure you use the oil type recommended by the manufacture. Hydro systems vary by brands on the types of oil they use. Some types are ATF(automatic transmission fluid, usually Dextron II), 15w40 engine oil, hydraulic fluid, ISO 68 Turbine oil, synethic oils, or some special blend only available from the manufacture.
Good luck.
