I'll test my design skills. The photinia gets pretty large, and the myrtle too...is the bed along a house or fence? If that's not a problem, pittosporum will be a nice buffer or indian hawthorne. Just a couple of ideas. The leaves of either will compliment the smaller leaves of the crepe myrtle and the larger of the photinia. Pretty plain I guess.
