I have mixed feelings about YP and some guys think they bring losers but... isn't someone who takes the time to use the YP somewhat qualifing themselves by doing some work?
On the other hand the price shoppers just go down the list and dial without ever pre qualifying potential vendors or learning over the phone about what they want to purchase.
One of the things I ask the YP caller is how many esimates are you getting. If theanswer is over 3 or 4 I ask how come so many estimates. Invariably the answer is I want the lowest possible price. Then I tell them we don't have that but thanks for calling.
