Here's pics of the grading job.......120 depth and 30' elevation change with no retaining walls. If you look you can see how much we cut out of hte hill and bascially threw it down hill.

We graded, sodded, mulched, installed boulder steppers and the small turf area by the patio. We planted (5) 8' Arb's along the top of the hill at the fence to later cut them down because the neighbor changed his mind and didn't like them.....on his property. In turn I worked something out with the customer and picked up a few Hydrangea 'Annabell & Oak Leaf', Camellia, Forsythia and Viburnum. Next year we'll do a planting.

Sorry the pictures aren't clear. It was the late/end of a long day that I stopped by to take pictures and couldn't get my hand to stop shaking.
