As far as preventing grass build-up, we've received numerous testimonials as to its effectiveness. If it's not working that well for you, just don't use it. If you have a particular type of grass that you're trying to cut or whatever the situation is that prevents it from working well for you, I don't know what to tell you. If you're looking for a cure all for your mower deck, good luck trying to find it. Fluid Film's main function is to prevent corrosion. It's also an excellent lubricant and penetrant. The fact that it has helped to keep grass from clumping under a mower deck for numerous professionals is just a bonus for them and a testament that it can work.
