It sounds like you haven't done much of this work before, so it will be very slow the first day. Also, you can spend a LOT of time loading trees if the trailer is not close to the trees (and I mean within 150' of your work area). And if your soil is rocky, add time as well.
But assuming your soil is clean, and you tie the trees up the day before, I'm gonna guess you could get 40 trees dug, balled, crimped, and loaded/tarped in an 8 hour day.
