you would think that all toro dealers would subscribe to the same stellar level of know-how and customer service...apparently dealers themselves set their own standards resulting in varying levels of competency. It's a shame because you should be able to go to any authorized toro dealer and get the same service, and it goes without saying that i mean good, satisfactory service.
