I mostly do residential 21" 6K - 10K lots and charge 30-40 per job basicly avg I guess. Any way to cut to the chase. I have an estimate for a 40 unit sub division these are duplexes so 80 all in all avg lot per unit is 10K, 10,000 ft of edge & figure twice as much to weed eat. Question is what to charge.
I know I can go as low as $40 per duplex/unit without thinking but it still seems a lil high to me being this is all one street. What would be a good price to charge for the customer without cutting my throat. based on a 3 man crew. Can 3 guys get it done in 1 day? what you think?
