Here's a pic of the area I'm talking about. I always use 4WD up and down on the hill as the slightest bit of moisture changes everything
Twice now I've gone down hill in 2WD & almost flipped it........definitely a pucker moment.
The hill & adjacent area will be seeded in bermuda next spring.
