Fastest way would be a dozer with a root rake to windrow everything. Then I'd hire one of these to mulch the windrows. Use the dozer to grade everything off at the end. Shouldn't be anything bigger than about 2 inches 8-10 inches deep. Not cheap but it would be fast and require no burning.



The mulcher could do the job on its own but it would cost significantly more.
