If it were me, I would tear it out roots and all and pile it with the 70 and use the Kioti and grapple to carry it to the chipper, there will be some stump trimming that needs to be done before the chipping takes place. Pick a good spot and lop the stumps off on the way, then the stumps are all in one place. It should go pretty quickly this way. If I rented the big Morbark chipper from the rental house up the road, I would put the mini by the chipper to feed it. Once brush this size has been handled with a machine, it's just about impossible to hand feed it.
