From excavation of basement to rough grade and final grade. I have about 1000 hours on my machine and feel very confident but am just unsure as to what they might expect. Thanks.
What they will expect is variable but here this is what a builder would expect. Excavate basement (usually 9' walls with 10' footings), dig in utilities, here some want water and sewer hooked up others will have a plumber do the connections. Backfill/rough grade foundation and final grade the home. Equipment used here, backhoe or preferably exxcavator and or loader/SSL/CTL type machine.
