Thanks for the input. It sounds like most of you are more than willing or already have hired.

There are some good points. Part-time vs. full-time is an interesting issue to consider, I'll have to do some research on that.

B.S.'ing is certainly not a priority but I'd be lying if I said it wouldn't be nice to give someone a hard time and make fun of. The priority is efficiency.

I know my costs very well. All I do is concern myself with how many different things actually are a direct or indirect expense of my business. Which is a lot more than some of my customers understand. I definitely don't know it all when it comes to profit and loss and business expenses maybe someone could give me an example of commonly overlooked expenses when hiring.
