I have LED lights on my enclosed trailer and like them. The only drawback other than the cost is they tend not to heat up and melt snow off like regular bulb lights. If you drive the trailer in snow a fair bit it could be an issue. They have switch some of the traffic lights to LED's and when it is snowing hard the light sometimes get blocked with snow.
