Great & Informational video. If most companies took heed & understood the importance of BRANDING their name, the less economical situations there would be.
I recently (August 2011) built a website for another LCC (Hansen's Lawn Care
)and owner Richard Hansen relayed to me how he could just "Kick" himself for not letting me build his site earlier in the year.
The response from customers who need a service has been UNREAL for him so late in the season! Just think if his site was up & running & optimized before the Spring, he may have 28 snow plowing accounts instead of 14 (we had 5 plowing accounts our 1st year & no WEBSITE, we now have 50+)
The moral of the story is the PHONEBOOK is dead! So get off your couch & recognize times have changed.
