Well I never think it is a bargain. It is our own minds playing games with the price doing down a dime and we thinking we are saving money. I remember filling both tanks on my pickup in November of 1999 and paying $37. I miss those days. Or how in 1997 I could buy gas and less than a dollar a gallon.
Fuel is a cost of doing business. It is a cost that gets passed to the client. I hope the predictions don't come to fruition. Anymore nothing surprises me.
