Same page. The long screws that retain the air horn and carb screw into two nuts cast into the isoblock. Turn them into the isoblock with the carb off and check for looseness then make a determination. If they are continually loosening on their own, it seems fairly obvious that there has to be some wear, either in the carb retaining screws, the embedded nut or possibly both.
