i know they make a front aerator, i'm sure you could figure a way to attach it to the rear, but standers don't have a hitch just a platform you stand on. you can buy baggers for the standers, accelerator are the best, but very expensive (400-700) depending on what size you want, there are also other brands you can buy for around 200-300. never heard of a plow on a stander or seen, just don't think standers are made for that kind of work.
wright are the most expensive mowers on the market right now, they just need to figure out a better deck for the price
