I absolutely agree on this one. To both sides.
<p>I think it's important to spend time with customers, as much as possible, even if it's just for the little things. However, when time is of the essence I get absolutely incensed over the slightest delay. And, of course, the customers who take up the most of your time are the first ones to mention when you are running late to *their* lawn.<p>I think the best answer is higher pricing. Less customers, more pay. That would allow us a little more time at each place for 'the little things'.
