I highly recommend the 30 degree angle gearbox it substantially improves the usability and accuracy of the tool. It also is great for quickly taking out dead bushes.
One carbide cutter chain equals about 10 regular chains use between sharpening. I will not separate the 12" bar and PD3-44 chain but it does come with he original 10" bar and standard chain if you would like to revert to it.
