From 10-20% is a big difference...they wouldn't do 20% if they weren't making a 2-2.5 multiplier.

You and me both... Keeping track of the billing could be a pain too. I have played with the idea, looked at setting up billing rates and such.
Clearly, more houses on one street would save time and expense.
The way to do this is likely through promotions to existing customers or targeted flyers. saying, we mow here already so if ....
Might even ask the customer if you can referance them but not ask them to market for you.
