ICPI I believe says that fabric should be used on a case by case basis. Well, it costs about 11 or 12 cents per square foot to buy. From day one I have used fabric on every single job we have ever done. It makes me feel better about our work. Cheap insurance. I'd hate to have something fail because I didnt feel like spending 11 cents per sf.
