Talk to your local towing companies about hiring them to make the deliveries with a flatbed car hauler. It will tilt down to the ground and the pallet will slide right off. These guys are used to that stuff and shouldn't charge more than a tow. Guys that install generators use them all the time. Back the trucks up to each other and slide the pallet from one to the other using the winch.
And yeah, that 1835B is only good for 1200 lbs max.
