Scraper blades are great for moving material from side to side, like pulling gravel from the edges back to a crown and for establishing drainage swales, but a box blade is a better "all-rounder" that does a lot of things well. I use a box blade the most, followed by a land plane grading scraper. Whatever you decide, remember that weight is your friend. 100+ pounds per foot in width is the minimum I would consider.
