Guys the previous owner made a bad choice granted it lasted more than 8 years. I"m looking for some suggestions in what to do. I'm replacing the wood but need some help with the rest.
1. I can put the blocks back the way they were and put in some plants and or mulch and leave the problem for the next guy.
