no sod, no irrigation. Rest of property needs over-seeding too (and has stone, just not to extent as bad areas), new construction (house is only 3-4 months old). Like I said, most of the stone is screenings size with some up to 1". It's basically like builder took all topsoil away and left what was there (with some areas being decent).
