It is late in the season for spurge control by any means. 40 degrees will stop further growth; frost will kill it. Or maybe not, where you live.
For the dandelions and winter annuals--its time where I am--We had a 40 degree night last week. I think perhaps a bit early in OK. No sense having the chickweed, henbit, veronica and winter annuals come up in November AFTER you sprayed.
