FYI as a lawn care professional I did notice the damage early on and it was isolated to only 1000sf. But I sampled the entire complex and realized infestation was throughout. That's why I had to apply curative to the whole property.
Also as a lawn care professional I know how to spell Imidacloprid lol.

1000 sq ft of damage on 87000 sq ft is minor. It may not have been necessary to apply curative to the entire property but probably not a bad idea.
You guys are a real thin skinned bunch around here.
To be honest I'm not even sure anyone who manufactures Merit (hows that....spelled right?) even claims you get 100% control.
The idea in my opinion is to get the insect population below the damage threshold.
