You can put a taller tire on it too. That will decrease the weight on any one spot and provide a slightly better ride. My Dixie has 15-6.00X6 tires on it. You can also see if weight can be moved rearward. I moved and removed a significant amount of weight from my Dixie and it has a very nice balance, front to rear and side to side now.

Take a look at where parts are mounted and what steel parts can be replaced with aluminum. I removed the stainless steel floor pan and replaced it with a piece of 1/8" aluminum diamond plate and knocked about 60 pounds off of the front of my Dixie.
