Forgot to mention I changed the relay, twice. tried 3 different key switches one brand new.
I realized the carb and coil wire are the same wire. I put a test light on it, there is power at the coils before I turn key. After trying to start the test light will dim out, there is enough power to keep carb solenoid working but not enough juice for the coils.
Could the carb solenoid be shorting and drawing too much power, or is it more than likely a short in harness somewhere.
I put in a toggle switch for the time being to power coils directly so I can use it but I want it fixed right.
