It appears you don't need phosphorus, or potassium. fert of choice would be a sulfur coated or poly coated urea product. Methylene urea is also excellent. An organic waste product would also work fine--but would add too much phosphorus.

Your soil is slightly acid--not a big concern.

Your main problems will be the hot weather--and--the accompanying drought, crabgrass and weeds. In some cases fungus will be a major problem. Is this fescue? Bermuda? Varies?
