how did the process go if you don't mind sharing some details...i had the chance to buy some accounts for a few thousand which i had and it wasn't spent anywhere else. and i declined but looking back on it, i probably should have bought them, did you make the people sign a contract did the guy you were buying out go around to each homeowner or property manager if you bought any commercial accounts and introduce you? did you have to raise any prices, can you elaborate on how things went down.
