We didn't sign any contracts, He went/called to each customer and told them what was going on, He Spoke highly of me so people were more comfortable. Then i called them all and met with them all through out about a weeks span.
He gave me a print out of all the services he did for each customer with all the prices he charged. I did not raise any prices because he had them all priced right from the start.
Once i met with everyone they were all fine with the change, and we went about business as usual.
This sounds almost identical to the way mine worked out.
