I have a burkeen b30 with the small tires , the burkeen is a very top heavy machine . I have layed it on its side 3 times over the years . We have waterfront properties around here that slope to small cliffs (15 to 40 foot drops) . When the situation called for it I would trench the sections where there was possibility of rolling or laying the machine over . Better safe than sorry . Getting it back on 4 wheels is not an easy task . i now have a l2 lineward for the slopes and real small yards , I have one of those little groundhog trenchers that is basicly a sacrificial piece of equipment , if it rolls over or down a hill I dont have much in it .
