No, it needs an air filter bad, probably another reason it broke a pushrod. I always change oil and filter in new machines before I use them, just grabbed this and went with it.

Goodluck tommorow, flooding is no good. Sounds like you got a plan, keep me posted.

I found this motor, worse case's about 2 hours away though.
